Speaking at the event, Dr Sani Adamu Jauro, Gombe State Project Coordinator for ACReSAL, welcomed participants and expressed gratitude for stakeholder support:
“The successes of ACReSAL in Gombe State are largely due to your cooperation and commitment. This workshop is organised to develop effective strategies for addressing challenges during project implementation, particularly complaints from benefiting communities.”
Dr Jauro urged participants to contribute actively:
“Everyone has a role to play in ensuring smooth project execution. Your ideas and suggestions will be instrumental in resolving emerging issues and improving service delivery.”

Meanwhile, Barr Mwalin Na’omi Abdu from the Ministry of Justice explained the GRM framework, procedures, protocols, and issues regarding litigation and alternative resolutions.
